Jessica is a licensed massage therapist. As a graduate of Milan Institute, she specializes in therapeutic massage with the intention of helping individuals improve their well-being through her vast knowledge and skills. These include massage techniques such as fluid motion, deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, stretching, and myofascial release. Jessica enjoys working with patients to resolve symptoms such as chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension as well as many other musculoskeletal issues. Jessica uses a cautious approach and each treatment is tailored specifically for the patient’s needs.
